About Us
We are a group of parents and professionals who have formed the Parent Transition Group to provide guidance to parents of students with disabilities who are making the transition from high school to post-secondary education, employment, and community living. We have established a support network for families before, during, and after transition by linking families to families, sponsoring training sessions, and organizing transition events in Butler County.
